The position will enjoy working with our highly satisfied customer base, selling via referral and warm calling in Northern California. Some of the unique advantages we offer include:

Job Description and Required Skills:
Develop new account prospects through networking, referrals, and warm calling.
Has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
Ability to analyze customer requirements and determine appropriate product
solution.
Ability to work with a team and provide superior service to each customer.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exudes self-confidence and handles complex problems effectively.
Ability to work independently
Maintain knowledge level in current competitive marketplace developments.
Basic computer skills with a strong understanding CRM programs.
Minimum of 3 years of successful outside B2B sales experience, preferably in
designing and presenting voice, video and data communication systems. A strong understanding of voice, video, and data technologies is preferred.
