Gaynor employs Avigilon technology such as the Avigilon H4 Thermal Elevated Temperature Detection camera to detect faces and more importantly, measure body temperature as someone passes by. Elevated temperatures are communicated instantly to help avoid virus transmission and more. The H4 Thermal ETD is a security-grade thermal camera providing a low friction, contactless alternative to traditional screening methods. It enables high-throughput pre-screening of people to help keep people safe.

Thermal Elevated Temperature Detection 

The H4 Thermal ETD is paired with a black body uniform temperature source that acts as an absolute temperature reference point for the thermal camera. It is built to work seamlessly with the control center and can be configured, along with end-to-end workflows, to monitor elevated temperature alarms. This camera can focus on a subject’s face, ignoring irrelevant temperature signatures from surrounding sources. The H4 Thermal ETD uses: 

  • Audio capabilities. External audio includes sirens, microphones and/or loudspeakers for talk-down situations. 

  • HDSM SmartCodec Technology. Compression levels help to maximize bandwidth savings to keep internet connectivity costs down. 

  • Relay I/O Connection. Input/output actions and alarms enable fast event response. 

 

Unusual Motion Detection (UMD) 

Th UMD uses advanced AI technology for a new level of automated security. The system is capable of continual learning, assessing what a typical scene looks like in order to detect and flag unusual motion. This allows for the filtering of large amounts of recorded video quickly and efficiently to deduce areas for further investigation. Gaynor uses the Avigilon Control Center ACC™ 7 leverages UMD technology to:

  • Embed other cameras to expand powerful AI capabilities 

  • Highlight anomalous motion based on learned models

Appearance Search Technology 

This video analytics technology utilizes sophisticated deep learning artificial intelligence to sort through hours of video with ease. It can quickly locate a person or vehicle of interest by entering a physical description, uploading a photo, or by discovering a piece of recorded video. Appearance Search Technology: 

  • Integrates with Avigilon Control Center (ACC) software and cameras with self-learning video analytics and select network video recorders. 

  • Initiates searches based on physical descriptions allowing operators to search using specific criteria such as clothing color, gender and age. 

  • Searches across multiple sites by seamlessly transitioning from one site to the next, all utilizing the same version of ACC software. 

 

Self-Learning Video Analytics 

Gaynor integrates Avigilon’s self-learning analytics to extend the effectiveness of your security personnel by providing effective monitoring and enabling proactive, real-time response from your team. By managing high-definition video, this system offers analytics virtually embedded to record up to 5K (16 MP) resolution.  Self-learning Video Analytics: 

  • Accurately recognizes the movement of both people and vehicles relevant to a scene. The embedded cameras expand the system’s ability to constantly learn thus reducing false positives. 

  • Educate the system using teach-by-example technology that provides feedback about the accuracy of generated alarm events. This allows users to determine which alarms are real and which are false in order to help reduce false alarms. 

 

High Resolution Video Cameras 

Gaynor employs the H5 Pro camera to capture high-resolution, best-in-class image details in order to provide maximum options. Utilizing a resolution of up to 10K HD, this system delivers extraordinary image detail along with maximum scene coverage. It also minimizes the necessary bandwidth and storage consumption through High Definition Stream Management™ (HDSM) technology. With its high resolution capabilities, it also allows for a single camera rather than multiple devices. The H5 Pro camera:
