California Guest Services

Issue:

California Guest Services, a division of the California Parks Company has used Gaynor for their communications system since the early 1990’s.  So when they re-located their Fairfield office in December of 2013, Gaynor became the logical choice to assist with the move. The office in Fairfield had basic needs of a business phone system, individual voicemails for each office staff and the ability for an auto attendant/voicemail system.
 

Solution:

Gaynor installed the NEC SV8100 phone system with voicemail.  As Gaynor provides service in all of northern California, Fairfield was in our neck of the woods.  We coordinated the installation with their move and their dial tone installation. 
 

Results:

The install resulted in a very happy client, who knew what they wanted and just picked up the phone and let us solve their concerns.  Michele at the office in Red Bluff, who oversees both Fairfield and Red Bluff was satisfied and very happy with the installation.
